Treat everyone with respect.
I value this in both my work and private life.

Recognize that all matter and spirit are the one.

What does this mean?
It means treating everyone as if they were your own family.
Recognizing that animals and plants are the same as you.
In other words, it is a heart of compassion.

Human beings have a lively “Heart of Compassion” that naturally overflows.

孔子は、仁とか考とか礼とか、いろいろな概念で自分の思想を説明している。

しかし、根本にあるものは、抽象度をあげて言えば「美」である。

孔子が生きた時代、社会は混乱していた。（孔子は混乱していると考えていた）

人間が孤立化し断片化する人間分裂。

社会の秩序が崩壊し歪になる社会分裂。

孔子は人間分裂と社会分裂に対して、「美」という概念で対抗しようとした。

美しい秩序が孔子の強調したことであった。

美しい秩序という考えを中心において、人間と社会の秩序を形づくろうとしたのである。

わが日本では、道徳、思想、政治の中心にあるのは「美しい調和」であろう。

人と接するとき、ものを考えるとき、解決策を探るとき、萬物一体のこころを忘れない！

治世有永恆不變的道理。

一是對包圍和保護我們的「大事」的愛。

「大事」就是我們的國家、我們的家鄉、我們的家庭、重要人物的聚集。

傾注在其中的愛是一種意識和責任：“我，沒有其他人，是支持這件偉大事情的人”。

世の中を統治するための永遠不変の原則がある。

ひとつは、自分たちを包み守ってくれる「大きなもの」に対する愛だ。

「大きなもの」とは、国であり、故郷であり、家族であり、大切な人の集まりだ。

それに注がれる愛とは、「その大きなものを支えているのはほかならむ自分だ」という自覚と責任である。

There are eternal and unchanging principles that govern the world.

One is love for the “big thing” that surrounds and protects us.

“Big things” are our country, our hometown, our families, and the gathering of important people.

The love that is poured into it is the awareness and responsibility that “I, no one else, am the one supporting that great thing”.
